Valentine's Day Manana!

Thanks for checking the blog! Valentine's Day is tomorrow!  Also, remember that THURSDAY is a short day.  

Homework

1. Math-we took a test today so no homework
2. Read 20 minutes! And please get reading logs signed!
3. To get started on February's book report (due Wed. Feb. 29th)
4. Valentine's Boxes for TOMORROW

*Feb. 13-16: Spirit Week!  See details below:

*Feb. 14th: Class Valentine's day party

*Feb. 17th: (Friday) No school!

*Feb. 20th: President's Day--no school! 
*February 28th (Tues.): Elementary Open House 6:00pm- Please come join us for an Open House.  You will be able to visit your child’s classroom and see examples of the work and activities they have participated in at school.  

 

Spirit Week Days:

Monday - Sports Day (dress code pants, but favorite sports jersey or t-shirt) 

Tuesday - Accessory Day (dress code clothes, but accessories galore!  Especially heart ones because it is Valentines Day after all! Crazy hats and socks allowed!)

Wednesday - Spirit Day (jeans with a red, white, or blue top.  Does not have to be dress code style top, just those colors)

Thursday - Dress like a famous person day (Complete dress down, but appropriate for school.  For example, Harry Potter, Tim Tebow, Oprah, Phineas and Ferb, Justin Bieber, etc.)
