I went to a writing workshop on Friday with Mrs. Brown where we learned a lot of new ideas about how to teach writing in an effective and fun way.  I was soaking up all of the wonderful ideas that came my way.  I was sad, however,  to miss out on being with my students that day because Friday is always an exciting day in our class!  

 Remember:

*Reading Logs due today (the total number of minutes for the week and a parent signature next to it)

*Tomorrow- Writing Publishing Party!    If you would like to send your student with a breakfast treat or drink for that, we would love it.  

*Today is our BIRD BEAK LAB- be prepared for some pictures coming your way!  Thanks for all of the donations and help with that!
