Thanks for checking the blog again!  We had an awesome day with some great new "Factor Puzzles" in math that everyone enjoyed (look for those in the homework!) and science posters of offspring that resemble the parent organism and those that do not (check out our group pictures)!

Here is homework for today:

1) Math (1-8): p. 27 all except #15; p. 28 odds
2) Spelling homework- write spelling words in your sorts in your planners

3) Read for 20 minutes

4) Keep working on book reports due a week from today!

5) Please get those math intervention permission slips turned in ASAP!

Events:
*Congrats to our class!! We earned a dress down day because we got 20 green tickets! (Dress down date to be announced)

*It's Green Ribbon Week for pedestrian safety! 

*Remember box tops are due next Tuesday the 27th, with dress down day for those who bring them on Friday the 30th!
*Start planning those Halloween costumes, because not only do the kids get to dress up this year, they get to do a parade over to the Jr. High!  :)
